If you have a personal trainer nearby, he or she can input custom workouts into the TR4500HR so you’ll stay motivated (patented Personal Trainer Studio feature). The unique console displays international symbols for easy operation, including Dynamic Heart-Rate Control, which automatically adjusts output to match your desired training zone. The powerful motor can crank out 5-HP when needed, so there is plenty of capacity available. You can begin just by pushing quick-start, and there are two Stop buttons available -- one on the console, the other on the railing for emergency stops. With the easy-to-use Sports Utility System, you can easily keep track of time, distance, speed, incline, calories, laps, pace and other measurements. The TR4500HR’s frame is constructed with commercial grade steel and the deck is wax-treated composite fiberboard, so you don’t have to worry about the machine going anywhere beneath you. Of course, you have access to stereo and water-bottle holders, and towel and integrated reading racks. The wide, long running-belt (20”x62”) makes for an even more comforting experience.
