The Precor EFX 546 elliptical has electrically adjustable cross ramp; the manual course allows the user change the incline with touching the key on the display from 0 to 20%. 8 programmed workout courses provide different effects to the different muscle groups. Precor turned out the first of these novel exercise machines in 1995 and continues to be on the cutting edge of elliptical technology. With the EFX 546, you benefit from the patented CrossRamp® technology that lets you set the angle of the equipment, in addition to the resistance, thus targeting a wide-range of muscle groups.
